I came across this sheet a few hours ago and was so excited I had to share it with you. This guide was produced by the Environmental Working Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to the research of environmental toxicity and the impact it has on our health.
This sheet will go over the most toxic chemicals to avoid for your children, giving you a list of manufactures that do not contain them. Oh how exciting this sheet is! I promise you your child’s health will improve if you start making switches to the brands that are safe. I also encourage you to subscribe to the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG.org) newsletter to stay updated on all the new studies informing you how you can keep your family safe from environmental toxins.
